I put myself in my client’s shoes and take the time to scrutinise every detail to ensure my clients are not paying any excessive property costs – whether they are a solo business entrepreneur or a prestigious multinational retailer. I have a passion for helping people and will do everything that I can to assist businesses in minimising property costs, making profit, expanding and achieving their business goals. Clients see me as the Robin Hood of the property industry, fighting for what is rightfully theirs and returning it to them.
As a former Partner at Dalton Warner Davis and Harper Dennis Hobbs, I successfully built and headed up a Business Rates department and worked with hundreds of retailers of all sizes over the course of my career. Having started my professional career as an accountant, clients appreciate the fact that I understand their businesses and my property advice is always commercially-driven. I am also a qualified Chartered Surveyor registered under the RICS, coupled with a MSc Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Reading University. I am also a member of the Rating Surveyor Association and act as the Chair in leading negotiation of a number of high profile business rates committees in Central London.
Outside of work, I have a passion for food, cooking and exploring the world.
